When does monthly plan data reset?
Resets monthly on your activation date. Sign up on 3/8 and the next reset is 4/8 rather than a zero-out on the 1st of the calendar month. That way users who signed up on different dates do not all reset on the same day, so the experience stays more consistent at the start and end of each month.
Do data packs expire?
No. Data packs last until they run out and never expire — there is no validity window, and pausing your use does not void them. They are counted separately from monthly plan data: when the month's plan data runs out, the system draws on the pack balance instead, and you can hold both at once.
How is billing handled if I upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle?
What you have already paid is prorated by the remaining days, so you only cover the difference to upgrade — no second plan to buy and no double charge for the current month. After upgrading, the month's data follows the new tier's allowance and your next reset date stays the same.
How many devices can use one account at the same time?
Unlimited. One account can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux clients at the same time, with no extra device slots to buy. A new device just imports the same subscription URL — your username and password stay the same.
